I want to read Requiem SO BAD! #jealous
I need to read more “boy books.” I have Ball Don’t Lie at school and would like to get Mexican Whiteboy because I know my students would connect with the characters. I loved Hole in My Life because Jack Gantos is so honest about the dumb decisions he made and I can see that one really making some teens stop and think. I also liked the way he talked throughout about how he was waiting for the big story to come along and all along he could have been writing.
